Shipping
Coverage: we currently ship within Italy only (no international shipping).
Carriers: SDA and TWS Express.
Cost: free shipping on all orders.
Delivery times:
1–2 business days across most of Italy;
2–3 business days for the South and Islands.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. During peak periods or exceptional events, minor carrier delays may occur.
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and, when available, a tracking link.
Note: We do not ship outside Italy at this time.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery.
How to request a return
Email online@cordusiospirits.com with your order number, items you wish to return, and the reason.
We’ll email you return instructions and the return address (RMA).
Ship the items within 14 days from your withdrawal notice.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging, including all accessories/seals.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened alcoholic products cannot be returned.
Personalized/made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Any free gifts included in the order must be returned with the items; otherwise, the current price of the gift will be deducted.
Return costs
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos: in these cases we will cover costs as per our instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and check the returned items, we’ll process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods (or proof of shipment).
Exchanges are not available; please return the item and place a new order.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email online@cordusiospirits.com as soon as possible to check if changes are still possible.
How can I return a product?
You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll send you full instructions and the return address via email.
